All the bedrooms are split over 2 floors giving you a duplex feel. They have a king size bed fully made up with Egyptian cotton sheets. The en-suite bathrooms have large walk in showers with towels and toiletries provided. All the bedrooms have their own sitting room area on the ground floor with a 32 inch smart tv. The bedrooms are all lockable to provide you with privacy if you are booking just 1 bedroom. As a whole house booking we sleep maximum 8 people. Waiting room has a double sofa bed and Room 101 has a single sofa bed, there is an extra charge for this which will be confirmed when you request this option.

Rates include the use of the shared kitchen where tea, coffee, milk, eggs & bread are provided.

The front door and bedrooms are all door coded and you will receive these in your personalised confirmation email/text.

Please be aware there are no staff on site. All communication is via email and or text.

Payment: A deposit of 100% of your total stay is payable upon booking.

Cancellations: 5+ Days for full refund

Cancellation for Exclusive hire (if you have booked all 3 rooms):

For a 1 night stay 21+ Days for full refund

For a 2 night stay 28+ Days for a full refund

If you or we are to enter Tier 3 a full refund is issued

If we go into national lockdown a full refund is issued
